6. The only complaint I had was that we were right near the elevator and it was very noisy at night- lots of dinging as the elevator opened up on our floor, as well as lots of loud voices.

9. My only complaints - the elevators tended to be slow and I tried calling 'at your service' at 8:30 AM on a Sunday but it rang and rang and went straight to voicemail - so much for at your service.
