95 PER DAY, the staff was incredibly
rude
every time I spoke with them, and when the elevators stopped working, I rode the service elevator only to get stuck in it for 20 minutes while no one came to help us.

rude
and inept service for the last two months, and the frequent conferences at the hotel mean the hotel is frequently noisy, without hot water, and that one must wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator.
