1. The people in Utah contended that the hotel never closed out my account and the people at the Denver hotel couldn't seem to understand what my problem was.

4. Two major problems were (1) I was on the concierge floor, but room could not be cooled adequately until they brought an oscillating fan and I opened the window and, (2) the hotel restaurant was not open for dinner (though the web site made no mention of the fact).
