1. The only complaint I had was that we were right near the elevator and it was very noisy at night- lots of dinging as the elevator opened up on our floor, as well as lots of loud voices.

3. I`ve had rude and inept service for the last two months, and the frequent conferences at the hotel mean the hotel is frequently noisy, without hot water, and that one must wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator.
