1. First of all the rooms are old, beds uncomfortable, A/C did not cool sufficiently even after an engineer visited the room and argued with me that it was blowing 66 degree air.

2. The king bed was fine, but the pull out bed was on an incline and very uncomfortable.

3. The furniture is very uncomfortable, but it suffices for a 2 or 3 day stay, especially if you aren't in the room much.
