8. It's had to understand how this hotel remains branded as an Embassy Suites, poor old hotel, it's been beaten abused & neglected.

I frequently stay at Embassy Suites but this hotel had very poor customer service, the room was outdated and unclean, the breakfast did not offer many of the items I expect from the breakfast menu at Embassy Suites, and most of all (like the other reviewers have noted) the area does not seem safe.
