2. Our room had mold growing on the bedroom ceiling and in the bathroom, the valances were torn apart and their was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom in the shower that looked like it could fall in at any minute, the shower head wouldn't spray anything but a hard massage, not good for small kids when the jet hits them in the face.
