1. It is true that the hotel is a bit outdated in terms of decor and furnishings, as there were some small stains on the carpet and some of the furniture was a bit worn.

I frequently stay at Embassy Suites but this hotel had very poor customer service, the room was outdated and unclean, the breakfast did not offer many of the items I expect from the breakfast menu at Embassy Suites, and most of all (like the other reviewers have noted) the area does not seem safe.
