1. We had been in April and this was much better as we had air conditioning and lighting issues in our upgraded room during that visit.

5. It is well insulated so we didn't hear a lot of noise - in fact, what woke us up (twice) was security issuing warnings to the room across from us.

9. At the end of the night one of my guests ended up getting locked out of the room due to this issue, and long story short the staff would not let her up even though she had a key.

10. All night we had issues with the card not working and not allowing us access to our room, and many other guest had the same problem.
