2. We were hungry and irritable and the time and effort this took was totally unnecessary given that I am sure the restaurant in the Hotel would have done no worse than the restaurants in the airport.

3. A couple of irritations - you could hear some of the aircraft as clearly some are noisier than others (particulalry the small ones) and there is no coffee and tea making facilities in the room which is annoying if you wake up in the middle of the night and want a drink.

That may seem trivial, but I had tried to squeeze in a shower between ordering and delivery, and when that shower was interrupted, the fact that the delivery person knew what time I was expecting my food, and thought too apologize for being early, meant the difference between my being irritated or my stoked to have my food already.
