The high points: free parking, renovated rooms, airport views, decent restaurant, on-airport, lots of elevatorsLow points: no status recognition beyond free internet, front desk staff quality lower than other Hyatts I've recently stayed at, nowhere near anything due to on-airport location, shower height extremely low (I'm 6'3 and I had to watch my head while in the shower to avoid hitting the ceiling).

4. I suggest the hotel give clear instructions on how to access the shuttle on their website AND reservation confirmation to avoid the inconvenience we experienced.

6. To avoid paying any charges for parking you need an exit pass from the hotel each time you leave the airport.

7. It is not well publicised by the hotel, but is a nice way to avoid a $25+ one way cab fare for dinner if you don't want to eat in the airport or hotel restaurant.

The hotel's facilities were fantastic: stylish lobby; roomy guest rooms with great design, wonderful and flexible desk area, and comfortable bedding; and a huge conference center that appeared to be recently renovated and avoided some of the typical hotel-ballroom-blandness by having several locally-themed displayed on Texas businesses and leaders that were actually pretty interesting.

9. Parking is kind of a PITA, so much so that I returned the rental car and rode the shuttle back to avoid paying $14.

10. Floor 4 is 1/2 smoking and 1/2 non-smoking, therefore, I recommend non-smokers avoid.
