2. A couple of irritations - you could hear some of the aircraft as clearly some are noisier than others (particulalry the small ones) and there is no coffee and tea making facilities in the room which is annoying if you wake up in the middle of the night and want a drink.

Five things for management to consider:1) Would rather have a buffet breakfast2) For the price, it'd be great to have some slippers3) annoying to have to log-in every time you use wifi4) THe room doors should be better - a bit noisy5) ensure the newspaper is delivered in the morning - 2 or the three nights I stayed, the paper wasn't deliveredThe front desk staff were great.

OK decor - big desk - has both Starz and HBO in the room - beds Very comfy - sliding glass door opening to a balcony you can stand on but not sit in a chair on - phone did not have a speakerphone which was annoying in this day and age - room was very dark with the curtains pulled across - nice shower but small - good iron / board in the room.
