1. My biggest complaint is that I called ahead and requested that all down items be removed from our room due to my wife's allergies.

5. Breakfast was very good, room of a 5 star standard - no complaints, touch screen to turn everything on/off besides the bed saved the usual running around trying to figure the lights.

7. My only complaints: low shower pressure, slippery shower floor (theres a rubber mat hidden under the sink) and creepy automatic window shades that effectively block light but seem to have a mind of their own.
