When we hit the room, at 9PM b/c the water park closed (ok, 1 complaint), we found the carpet had numerous stains, the mattress and box springs were dirty (no bedskirts made this easy), the lamp between the 2 beds didn't work, the shower was dirty, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the thermostat to adjust the air was supposed to be on the 'tv wall', I never found it and the worst part, (we had adjoining rooms with my parents) is that my mom was banging on the door at 11:45 at night-THEY HAD BED BUGS.
