1. I can deal with noise (oh yeah, forgot to mention that there is NO insulation in this place, you hear every door open and close around the clock), I can deal with sparse ammenities, but I cannot tolerate FILTH and BUGS.

5. Somehow related to the water problem is a VERY loud noise coming from the pipes(?) in the wall that sounds like a 'growling'/grinding sound.
