When we went down to the pool I called the front desk like they told me too if I had any
problem
s and asked them to come up and vacuum the floor since it was nasty and leave bedding sheets and blankets for the pull out bed and that we would be out for an hour and they had permission to enter the room to do so.

It can be hard for a 16-18 year old to tell adults what to do, especially when they are jerks, but if they had someone walking around just asking people if they had any questions or
problem
s, it might alleviate some potential issues.

There are games to purchase on tv but only 1 remote( with twins thats a
problem
) the set up of the bunk beds were cute like a fort and the kids loved them but having a tv in the kids room there was no remote that went with that tv only one in main bed area and it wouldnt work on kids tv so to get it to the channel i had to stand there and unable to see what i was doing as its very small on top of tv that i had to end up standing on bed to get to tv thats on wall to chan 36 then it moved very slow.
