1. The life guard tells me yea someone told me about that the other day just step over the grate so you dont fall into it and that they told maintenance they just havnt fixed it well its hard to tell a child not to step on the floor in a certain spot and expect them to do so when they are playing.

2. It was very hard to get your hands on a tube, unless you wanted to be one of the MANY inconsiderate guests sitting in the chairs, holding onto their tubes to use later.

4. We found this out the hard way when we tried to leave the next morning and saw there were 20 people waiting in line for the elevator.

5. It can be hard for a 16-18 year old to tell adults what to do, especially when they are jerks, but if they had someone walking around just asking people if they had any questions or problems, it might alleviate some potential issues.

6. We had a lot of neighbors who were in and out and slamming their doors, and while the walls don't seem overly thin or anything, when the doors slam, they slam hard and it's loud enough to wake you.

7. There were burned out light bulbs all over the place and while the little-kids area was well-lit at night, the rest of the park was very dim and almost hard to see in a few places.

8. The only negative thing I can really say about the hotel is that the particular room we stayed in had two beds and a sofa sleeper in one large room, while there is plenty of room, the older tv was hard to see from all 3 locations.

10. Towels, bring your own, they are hard to come by and if they do have any it is hard to tell if the are clean or used as the clean ones are just thrown into a basket not folded.
