1. When I pay over three hundred dollars for a room per night there are a few things I expect anymore and this place is lacking bad along those lines.

2. It was sad to say that this hotel lacks the upgrades but it does and considering the flow of traffic this is unexcuseable, STEP IT UP, we will not be returning and the attraction is what brought us there but not worth the comfort we want when we come to stay.
