1. Only problem was very mediocre TV with no hotel menu, no movies, empty channels, etc.

2. Of course the problem is that unless you have plans, like a baseball game, football game, or the Rock and Roll hall of fame downtown Cleveland where the hotel is located is sorely lacking.

3. The funniest thing was the number of times my hotel card was checked, yet at midnight (while sitting at the bar with my wife), the groupies/prostitutes didn't have any problem getting into the hotel.

4. Still, the concept of eating breakfast in a windowless space reminded me of the classic freeway-exit Holiday Inns of the 70s, where the 'lounge and restaurant' suffered from the same problem I solved it here by doing room service.

8. The food wasn't prepared properly as agreed upon during the tasting, some of the booze in our package wasn't provided and several other problems occurred.
