2. I do recognize that it was likely that the club staff was focused on preparing the next F&B presentation or assisting with other issues, but there were two occasions where we needed to make dinner reservations and ask a few questions about two sites you recommended for us, but for about 25 minutes, staff was busy preparing for the next F&B.

4. A couple of blips and bumps with our stay but staff was compensatory in resolving issues.

7. I found it intrusive as anyone in the hotel;guests, loafers and anyone else now knows my name-which can prove to be a source of security issues.
