There were about 50 very
unhappy
guests in the lobby Saturday afternoon waiting to get checked in, sitting on the floor, luggage everywhere.

When we arrived at ten to four (check-in time), there was already what looked like a line to check-in and
unhappy
people sitting in the lobby just outside of the line on some chairs and seemingly stressed employees.
