1. The elevators were a problem.

2. The only problem we experienced was that we were checking in on January 1st and many of the room were not yet ready at 3:00pm to check into due to many people choosing to do late check out the night before (not surprising since it was New Year's eve).

5. ) But why spent all that money and not replace 20 year old phones with buttons to reach housekeeping/ front desk etc that dont work)? We had lots of little service problems that provide alot of aggrevation.
