1. The doors to the rooms were very squeaky and could easily remedied with WD40 but annoying everytime someone along the hall went in or out.

4. I was willing to over look the creamy white stains on the chair and bench, body fluid spot on the toilet paper roll in the bathroom and the little hairs that appeared to be most everywhere but when I finally found a spot to sit down that seemed clean and the TV didn't work I was officially annoyed with the situation.
