1. I did not have problems with freeway noises and I was on the 12th floor.

Upon check out, I was given a discount on the rooms because of the water damage and mold and nasty stained carpet among other problems with the room, however, despite several emails, and having filled out their guest satisfaction survey, I have not received any form of communication from any representative of the hotel.

3. It definitely was beneath my expectations due to the general condition and odor of the hall but the primary problem was the NOISE.

7. We were concerned because we were near the elevator and ice machine (which I've found is typical with a priceline stay) and thought it would be loud-but not a problem at all.
