1. Upon exiting the elevator, the console table immediately in front was stacked with dirty room service dishes.

Pros:-Has a decent restaurant (burgers are great)-Indoor and outdoor pool-Free business center with printer-Attached to the waterpark-Free parkingCons:-Charge for wifi in room-Inconsistent wifi service-Conferences seem to always be going on and makes for cluttered / crammed hallways-No complimentary breakfast, and while traveling with children that is important to me-Hate to say it, but the rooms (especially the floors) seem underkept and dirty.
