1. The only issue we had was the elevators, they get super busy when it's check out time.

5. The hotel did leave a small care package in the rooms that included ear plugs, That leads me to believe that is is a common issue with guests.

9. Second issue - the drain in the tub did not work so after taking a quick shower, we were left standing in a good 4 (at least) inches of water.
