1. I threw the pillow across the room and almost convinced myself that it was another type of bug until I saw it moving on the wall and crushed it with a tissue when it was trying to hide in the corner (bloody and nasty).

2. Upon check out, I was given a discount on the rooms because of the water damage and mold and nasty stained carpet among other problems with the room, however, despite several emails, and having filled out their guest satisfaction survey, I have not received any form of communication from any representative of the hotel.
