1. Overall - I was just delighted with my stay and was really sad that I had to leave.

2. I was dissapointed by the swimming pool, it looked old and water dirty, I did not decide to use it, and sadly it was one of the reasons why I choose the hotel.

7. sadly the area is very quiet at night, although since we stayed there during Christmas, the skating rink next door seemed popular with locals.

8. Francis in SF or the Mayflower in DC but sadly the Hilton Netherland falls way short of either of those properties.
