1. As a business traveler, the two most frustrating things for me are the outdated TVs with poor channel selection and the lack of wireless in the rooms.

4. Even more frustrating than that, though, is the fact that there is nowhere for you to pull your car into for check in/out--you are forced to use their inconveniently located 'Luggage Dropoff' bellservice on the side of a city street, backing up traffic.
