3. I did send a letter to this property and to Hilton corporate and they did provide some compensation, which I appreciate, but this still is not as good as dealing with problems in real time while the guests are experiencing the inconveniences.

8. If the valet parking is full it is a tremendous inconvenience and a scary experience to have to find your way across a skywalk to the hotel from the parking garage especially at night while homeless people sleep on the skywalk leading to the hotel.
