6. there was hair in the tub, there were no face cloths nor bathmat, the carpet felt 'sticky' but worst of all (for a hotel that prides itself as 'upmarket') they nickel and dime you for the Internet - even water seemed rather overpriced at $5 for a small bottle- what are they thinking treating guests like that? Not me - I'm not staying there again.

9. The worst things are that it is isolated, so you have little choice in terms of food, and that it still takes a bit of time to get from the airport to the hotel as the shuttle makes all sorts of stops.
