1. There was a crying baby next door (nothing the hotel could fix, I realize) and the second night I was there, there was a loud and drunk couple across the hall.

2. The doors to each room are designed to loudly slam shut every time someone enters or leaves their room, so you also hear a lot of banging in the hallway.

Hotel is a very convenient business hotel, but didn't quite measure up to the normal quality of Hyatt brand:Pros:- Near to airport, free shuttle bus- Nice meeting rooms- Friendly staff- Bar open until 1am- Boat directly into Boston from hotelCons:- Rooms are just OK, clean enough but ordinary- Movies are $18- Food in hotel restaurant is distinctly average- Breakfast is good, but really expensive - loudness: walls are paper thin and you can hear everythingAll in all, I gave it 3 stars because my company paid for the trip, otherwise I would have rated it as a 2.
