5. Overall, the hotel was fine and I'd stay there again for the location, but I'd give myself a good hour for breakfast to overcome the delays, and be better prepared with lots of dollar bills for all the tipping that seems to be expected on every interaction with staff.

10. There is only one shuttle to my knowledge and this can produce some delays with guests moving between two main areas (the T or subway and the airport).
