5. coffee machine broken (Hilton has a Starbucks, cheaper food in its noisy bar and a much bigger range of beers although at higher prices)Minuses - VERY smoker unfriendly (I don't smoke, but you can't even smoke outdoors on the terrace, which I think is taking it too far), rather surly staff.
