2. Ought to be magnificent, right? sadly, some bean-counter put in a cheap acoustic-tile drop ceiling (the sort of thing you'd find in the Motel 6 lobby) with blazing lights.

3. Note to Management : This is really sad that the cleanliness of your hotel and quality of experiences is suffering because you guys decided to cut alot of staff ( I think the restaurant also had the same thing happen) and not you have an even crappier , airport hotel.

4. Shower head was sad - I had a handicapped room and the shower would barely dribble.
