However there were a few things that frustrated us a little, all the room doors near us didn't shut easily meaning that everyone (including us) had to really slam it shut, the room service food we ordered was poor (this was not charged when we talked to the main desk - brilliant, however we would much prefer to have better food.

5. Additional items of concern were mentioned in other reviews here - the bathroom door did not open 90 degrees, poor lighting, and customer service was non-existant,(we had to load the doorman`s cart with our luggage and wheel it to the elevator and down the hall to the room ourselves.
