Room staid, stale & tired-looking - torn drapes, wet floor, broken sink in bathroom, small, cramped bathroom with shower only, bed & linens comfortable, but there were holes in linens, in-room computer completely frustrating (on screen keyboard seems like it would be cool - it's not; it's very user UNfriendly), slow internet when willing to pay the extra to have wifi access.

4. Frankly, I don`t think I should have had to pay anything for a room with a broken window that let all the street noise in, and kept us awake most of the night.

7. Even the renovated areas were not well done, small baths, broken threshold, poor workmanship, a previous guests sock left in the room.
