3. Shorting this review out although there are other things to be said, the shuttle van that transports you to the airport may leave you in the wrong terminal if you were unfortunate enough to respond to the driver question about the airline you're traveling with since he's unaware of the term of code-sharing and every attempt to tell him that you should be dropped off at terminal B instead of E it's futile.

4. A former review stated that there is only elevator availability to the floors - wrong - the stairs are well signed and we managed them on several occasions to the third floor.

6. How can you go wrong? I heard some of the flight crews nit-picking on both of the shuttle rides about the shuttle service, the food, etc.

7. the only thing i found wrong was the breakfast was cold every thing we had on our plate from eggs to hashbrowns i dont know what the problem was there was a guy there but people were complaining about it other than that it was a good place to stay very friendly people.
