1. At least there was absolutely no argument as to the liability for damages and the manager is helping to take care of the cost with my local body shop, something that I'm not sure would happen with a lesser hotel.

3. The stay was fine, service was good with valet but returned from a 2 week trip and the valet pulled up with my car and says 'here you go', and I find a HUGE dent in the driver's door with the paint peeling off and damaged handle that was not there when I left it with the valet.
