1. My company perfers to send a check to cover the cost of the room and tax, always a problem.

7. The shampoo and coffee didn't get restocked the first two nights, so I left a note for the maid, and the problem was resolved.

8. ' It seemed that the bad service had already done the damage; what was there to check into? Management did call me after the wedding party problem but I was so upset by the initial reaction to my complaints that I didn't really want to re-hash the situation.

9. I'm going to say I would recommend this hotel with reservations--if you have ANY problems don't expect much response.
