5. ' It seemed that the bad service had already done the damage; what was there to check into? Management did call me after the wedding party problem but I was so upset by the initial reaction to my complaints that I didn't really want to re-hash the situation.

7. Only complaint there was hearing all the room doors in the hallway open and close all night - could use some sound insulation under the doors I think.

8. The only complaint I have is the taxes that are added to the bill, almost $10 per night which I suppose all Boston hotels have, tis just annoying.
