In summary, it is disgraceful that a modern 4* hotel in Boston should be so
dangerous
as to allow a (pregnant) guest to receive an electric shock in the first place.

Had we not have again reported the
dangerous
defect, no remedial action would have taken place and either us, or other guests / staff would have been exposed to serious electrical shocks.
