1. I only found out about this as we prepared to leave the room for the last time--too bad.

2. After being badly abused by Airtran Airlines at Logan (1st and LAST trip with that airline), the Airport Hotel Information guy, Kenny, urged us to go to the Seaport as they were able to arrange a last minute reduced room rate for us.

3. ' It seemed that the bad service had already done the damage; what was there to check into? Management did call me after the wedding party problem but I was so upset by the initial reaction to my complaints that I didn't really want to re-hash the situation.

The only bad thing that I heard my colleagues talk about was the Christmas tree and decorations that were still up --at least on the Plaza level and the fact that hotel staff didn't know the name of the conference rooms that were actually located at the Seaport, but in the World Trade Center part (it took awhile to find our meeting).

7. good:- nice view from the room (skyline and port of boston)- comfortable bed- free internet (wireless and wired)- location in commercial district but only two minutes to next stop of silver line bus ( goes to the airport and south station where you can change to subway lines)not so good:- thin walls- window can't be opened- furniture scratched- small tv, no hd channels, bad signal quality- minibar was filled only with mineral water.
