1. There was also a fancy in-room, single-serving coffee/tea machine and there were 8 different types of coffee and tea to choose from, including Gloria Jean's, which is hard to find.

6. First, the hotel is 'service inclusive' which means that nobody who works here will even accept a gratuity, and we tried real hard to tip the bartender and he refused (twice).
