9. I read a bunch of reviews about foul smelling cigarette smoke and drabby conditions before we came, but we found a clean, fresh smelling establishment with courteous staff and in a great location for walking.

10. I figured that was all I needed, except that all night long I was awakened by traffic (9th floor), and the room was freezing (no thermostat, only a sub-window mounted AC+heat that smelled like death when it was on, which turned off in the night).
