Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but two folks at the front desk really stood out - Preshess and Gerald, who were nothing but professional and courteous in helping us through the room

I attempted to contact the phone number for this hotel for billing

s (approximately 6 times over the course of 2 weeks) but I kept on getting a voicemail to leave a message.
"Beware of their credit card fraud. Avoid this hotel! "
