1. Everyone on the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, but two folks at the front desk really stood out - Preshess and Gerald, who were nothing but professional and courteous in helping us through the room issues.

7. I attempted to contact the phone number for this hotel for billing issues (approximately 6 times over the course of 2 weeks) but I kept on getting a voicemail to leave a message.

10. When I called the front desk they told me that some rooms were having water issues, it would be cleared up in about 10 minutes.
