1. Next trip to Baltimore I will try another hotel near the Convention Center and look for a hotel offering a real/full bathroom, King bed as promised, hassle-free parking and no mandatory nickel/dime charges beyond the room rate quoted.

2. That is usually not a problem in the Inner Harbor area as it is heavily policed, but the Days Inn area has a large number of extremely aggressive pan handlers and street grifters so expect to be hassled often and persistently while walking to and from the Inner Harbour area.

3. The extra walking was only a bit of a hassle (esp the last day w/luggage) and the neighborhood a bit 'more interesting' - the REAL problem is being booted out of my room so late the night before having to give a presentation at the conference.
