1. My only complaints are that there is no free breakfast and the hotel bar/restaurant closes at 10, which is too early.

3. As for the complaints about the elevators? The place was packed full and other than two relatively short waits, we had speedy service every time ( 8th floor).

9. The lobby is pretty and our only complaint regarding check in was that we got there at 2:40 pm and were told our room wasn't ready yet (check in is 3 PM).
