We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for a total of 36 hours and one of the two elevators was
broken
for at least 15 hours.

The only negative is that the parking garage is not owned by the Hotel, and a car got
broken
into overnight while we were there, but ours was fine (not the Hotels fault though).
