Sadly, I was very disappointed with my room - it was a large room but the decor was very shabby; there were pale patches in the carpet, made more prominent by its overbright pattern; the fridge was incredibly noisy; the architrave around the door was coming away see photo; the louvred wardrobe doors were covered in dust.

3. The first room they put us in had a noisy rattle that they couldn't fix and the second room was right next to the elevators at which point we gave up complaining.
